Service Desk Specialist for our global IT Service Desk

This is the job
You will join a global IT Service Desk with 6 team members. Your base will be at our warehouse in Greve offering on-site support 3 days a week, the rest of the week you will join the Service Desk Team in Strandgade in Copenhagen, where you will also solve tickets for colleagues, stores and partners throughout Europe, the US, South Korea and Japan.

As our new Service Desk Specialist, most of your time is spent on incident and ticket solving. The rest of your time is spent on deep dive investigations, troubleshooting and problem solving complex issues.

You will also participate in projects. Examples of such projects could be onboarding our partners to our Office 365 platform or taking part in automate tasks for the Service Desk. You will have normal working hours, but we do expect to be able to reach you during emergencies.


This is you
You are a skilled IT supporter with 3+ years of experience, ideally from a larger organization where you have worked with ITIL.

You hold an IT-supporter education or equivalent.
You must have extensive knowledge of AD, Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and Mac OSX Having worked in a retail environment with POS’s and
an ERP-system is also a must
Ideally, you have experience with working in ServiceNow.

Your structured approach adds to your efficiency in solving incidents. Naturally, you are service oriented and outgoing with the ability to communicate in an empathic but effective way. We do not always know what tomorrow will bring, so you must be comfortable in an environment with changing priorities.

Lastly, we are an international company with many different nationalities, you must communicate fluently in English and Danish a third language is always a bonus.
