This is the job
Flying Tiger Copenhagen is expanding its business and have recently started up a new procurement team. Procurement is a strategic focus area and our candidate can look forward to an exciting journey assisting in building a strong procurement function. Our team is supporting the business with both strategic projects as well as quick win sourcing initiatives - all in close collaboration with the rest of the organization. This includes the management team and our global partnerships. The position will be reporting to Head of Indirect Procurement, Rune Tradsborg Petersen.

You will be supporting the team with ad hoc tasks to implement improvement initiatives, realize savings and drive process optimizations across the global cost base of Flying Tiger Copenhagen.

The role is estimated to approximately 20 working hours per week. The workload is to a large degree flexible and can be planned around vacation- and exam periods. You will be based at Flying Tiger Copenhagen's head office in Christianshavn, Copenhagen.

This is you
• You are a high-performing student, entering your last year on your bachelor degree or first year on your master degree within Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar.
• You are analytically strong with background/interest within procurement, and are confident in working with a large degree of autonomy.
• You have a strong personal drive with focus on a steep learning-curve and a changing working environment that is often project based.
• You are an advanced user in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with analyzing large datasets, finding key insights and presenting these findings at an executive level is a strong plus.
• You are outgoing and have a likeable personality with flair for communicating with multiple stakeholders from various parts of the organization.
• You are fluent in Danish and/or English, both oral and written.
